I am an experienced therapist with a diploma in counselling, working a few miles South of Edinburgh.

I have worked in this field for 30 years, and have been in private practice for more than 25 years.

Your problems are painful for you. My approach is straightforward and caring; it helps you to make sense of your struggles, and supports you while you devise ways of dealing with problems.

I offer face-to-face sessions, telephone sessions, and e-mail dialogue.

I can help you with emotional problems and relationship problems.

I can help you with problems about work, and about home life.

I can advise you about various therapeutic techniques that are often promoted, and can provide some of these if you wish.

I can see individuals (children/adults), couples, families, or other groups.
